• In the first stage of separation, a 2.25-gallon capacity disposable paper bag captures
the bulk of collected debris.
• Extra-large main filter ensures a steady, even airflow which extends filter life and eliminates
premature clogging.
• The microfilter, a final step in pre-filtration, protects the motor and acts as a barrier to
even bacteria-size particles.
• Motor thermal protection device prevents overheating caused by failure to keep filters
clean or by accidental blockage in a nozzle or hose.
• Conductive plastic hose provides ESD protection.
• The wheeled trolley adds mobility. Glides over all surfaces.
• Positive twist safety latches offer security by preventing the container from opening if
the vacuum is dropped.
• The vacuum cleaner and accessories are packaged in cleanroom compatible polyethylene
bags to prevent contamination from packing materials during shipping.

Large Tank Capacity, Easy Maneuverability

The Nilfisk GM80CR Cleanroom Vacuum Cleaner has a 3.25-gallon tank capacity and comes with a set of five 2.25-gallon disposable dust bags. GM80CR can be mounted on a detachable trolley (included) for added mobility in portable vacuum applications.

Extra-Large Main Filter – This large pre-filter promotes steady, even airflow through the vacuum, it helps to extend the life of the two additional filters, and also eliminates premature filter clogging.
Polyester Microfilter – 2nd stage of pre-filtration, the microfilter protects the GM80-CR’s internal motor and helps remove 99.5% of particles sized at lager or at 2 microns.
ULPA Exhaust Filter – The vacuum’s downstream ULPA filter ensures that 99.999% of all ultrafine particles sized 0.12 microns and larger are hold inside vacuum.
