Designed especially for environments where space is at a minimum, this cabinet fits nicely into an empty corner to maximize the amount of space available for storage. Available in 30- (114-L) and 45-gallon (170-L) capacities, with both manual and self-closing door styles, Sure-Grip® EX corner safety cabinets help to increase maximum allowable quantities of flammable and combustible liquids in control areas. Designed to meet OSHA, NFPA 30, and NFPA 1 standards, corner safety cabinets have many of the same features as the classic line of flammable safety cabinets including a fail-safe, three-point self latching door, double-walled construction with 1-1/2-in (38-mm) air space, dual vents, a grounding connector and a large trilingual warning label identifying contents. Leakproof 2-inch (51-mm) sump in cabinet bottom safely collects spills. Galvanized steel safety shelves adjust on 3-inch (76-mm) centers for versatile storage. Manual-close doors open to a full 180 degrees and self-latches when pushed closed. Self-close doors shut and latch automatically when a fusible link melts at 165°F (74ºC) under fire conditions. Unique, concealed self-closing mechanism offers obstruction-free access to contents. All door styles meet OSHA, NFPA 30 and NFPA 1; self-close doors also meet the International Fire Code. Cabinets are backed with a ten-year warranty.
