Capilex D is our ultra dexterous cut level D palm nitrile coated glove. The 18 gauge seamless knitted liner is ultra-lightweight, and engineered without the addition of brittle glass fibre or steel to ensure the safety and superior comfort of the wearer during prolonged use. Capilex D is packed with premium features, like contact heat resistance and a reinforced thumb crotch.

• Lining: 18 gauge seamless knitted liner is ultra-lightweight, breathable and highly flexible, ensuring ultimate comfort at all times.
• Comfort: Ultra-lightweight liner engineered without the addition of brittle glass fibre or steel; ensures the safety and superior comfort of the wearer during prolonged use.
• Unique Feature (Reinforcement): Flat nitrile reinforcement between the thumb and forefinger offers additional protection in an area that is highly susceptible to wear and tear.
• Environmental: Each liner contains a minimum of 35% recycled material (rPET), equivalent to 22% of the total glove, showing our ongoing commitment to the planet.
• Heat Resistant: Achieves Level 1 for Contact Heat according to EN 407. Can withstand temperatures of 100°C.
• Cut Resistant: Achieves cut level D according to EN 388, for protection in high/very high risk cut hazard applications.
• Abrasion Resistant: Achieves a maximum score of Level 4 for abrasion resistance as defined by European Standard EN 388.
• Grip: The palm coating is infused with microfoam bubbles increasing resistance to oils and maximising grip in wet and oily handling environments.
• Primary Coating Polymer: Nitrile.
• Fit: Soft seamless knitted liner provides superior comfort for this level of protection. Materials flex in conjunction with the hand’s natural movement.
• Touchscreen Compatible: Tactile touchscreen compatible fingertips enable the wearer to use touch screen machinery or touch screen devices with precision and without the need to remove the glove.

Typical Applications

Ideal across Singapore’s precision manufacturing, automotive, metal fabrication, glass handling, MRO, construction and logistics sectors where high cut hazards (Level D) combine with the need for dexterity, touchscreen use and occasional contact heat up to 100°C. Well suited to tasks requiring reliable grip in slightly oily or wet conditions.
