Polyco Polyflex Eco Cut Foamed Nitrile Palm Coated Cut Resistant Glove
Polyflex Eco Cut is our top of the range, innovative new cut resistant glove, made in part from recycled plastics. The engineered yarn is 18 gauge, incredibly thin and dexterous, reducing hand fatigue, while exceeding the requirement for Cut Level F by 40%. It is the first cut resistant rPET yarn glove in the UK market, and is loaded with features including a reinforced thumb crotch area, hydrophobic treatment, and touch screen capability.
Key Features
- Cut Resistant: Ultra-lightweight 18 gauge liner achieves the maximum levels of cut resistance according to EN 388:2016, and excellent abrasion and tear resistance.
- Recycled Content: Each glove contains a minimum of 13% recycled material (rPET).
- Thumb-Crotch Reinforcement: Flat nitrile reinforcement between thumb and forefinger.
- Lining: 18 gauge seamless knitted, ultra-lightweight, breathable and highly flexible.
- Heat Resistant: Achieves Level 1 for Contact Heat according to EN 407 – withstands 100ºC.
- Cut Level F: Achieves cut level F according to EN 388, the highest cut hazard rating.
- Environmental Packaging: Gloves supplied in paper bands.
- Abrasion Resistant: Maximum Level 4 for abrasion resistance under EN 388.
- Primary Coating Polymer: Nitrile.
- Touchscreen Compatible: Tactile touchscreen-compatible fingertips.
- Hydrophobic Treatment: Intensive washing process delivers 3-Dimensional water resistant performance with maximum breathability.
